The NURIC project, funded by the European Union, has introduced a robust train-the-trainer concept to prepare educators in Kosovo and Israel to lead the next generation of nursing informatics courses.
What Is the Train-the-Trainer Concept?
This initiative involves a series of structured workshops aimed at equipping trainers with advanced competencies in instructional design and nursing informatics. Through interactive online and face-to-face sessions, participants gain insights into course content, blended-learning methods, and the use of innovative tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS).
