In line with the project’s proposal, the consortium of the approved project “Capacity building in Nursing Informatics Competencies for Nursing Students and Professionals to foster the digital transformation of health care”, ref.no.: 101128719-ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CB-VET (in short “NURIC”), within the framework of the Erasmus Plus Programme, Capacity Building in the field of Vocational Education and Training, will appoint an external auditor.
The external auditor will be selected to ensure a neutral review and a consistency in the assessment of the project deliverables versus project target groups’ needs/expectations.
NURIC project aims to promote competencies in nursing informatics for nursing VET students (“initial VET”) and for professional nurses (“continuing VET”). In Kosovo, in line with the Kosovo Education Strategy Plan, the focus of this project is on providing nursing informatics skills for nursing students in secondary education and on offering C-VET for nursing professionals. In Israel, the focus is on training professional nurses in telehealth and telenursing as part of the national strategy on digital health care. Information is available here: https://nuric-eu.com/
The present call refers to the selection of the External Auditor whose tasks is to verify the quality of the project, the achievement of milestones and objectives and evaluate the results of each Work Package of the project.
The selected external auditor will enter a contract with the project member and Project Quality Manager, CRETHIDEV.
Duties: To perform a project-wide evaluation of time planning and quality of deliverables. The auditor has to visit Kosovo and Israel between October and November (for four days in total) and has a Recommendation Report provided by 30/11/2025 . This Recommendation Report will comprise a detailed evaluation of all WPs and all tasks. It will also contain suggestions of corrective and improvement measures tin improve the quality of the project. A second report, the final external Quality Report, will be issued on September 2026 and included in the final project quality report as an annex.
Deliverables: 1 Recommendation Report and 1 external Quality Report
Required qualifications (exclusion criteria):
- A higher education diploma
- Experience in quality assurance and evalution of European projects (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent knowledge of English (C2)
Additional qualifications (rated criteria):
- Research or working experience in the sector of Digital Health (minimum 2 years) (40%)
- Experience in the implementation of national, EU or international projects for Digital Health (60%)
Type of contract, duration and compensation:
- Type of contract: Service Contract
- Duration: From the day of the signature of the agreement until 30/11/2026
- Compensation: 5000 € (50% after submission of the recommendation report, and 50% after the final report)

Supporting documents
Each application shall include the following documents:
- a CV of the candidate, preferably in the European format;
- a list of the supporting documents–proofs of the qualifications of the candidate relevant to the criteria of the Call;
- copies of all supporting documents listed by the candidate.
In case of legal entities:
- A company profile, which shall include at least:
- CVs of the key members of the organisation, preferably in the European format;
- A list of projects carried out by the organization that proves its experience relevant to the criteria of the Call.
Deadline for application
The applications must be sent by 20.03.2025 at the latest. The date the e-mail is received will be considered as the date of applying.
