We are proud to announce that the NURIC project was presented at the dHealth 2025 Conference in Vienna through a dedicated poster presentation, showcasing our work on nursing informatics education in Kosovo and Israel.
🩺 The poster, titled “Nursing Informatics Education: Needs Analysis and Curriculum Design”, highlighted:
- Results from national and international needs assessments and stakeholder interviews.
- The design and planned implementation of nursing informatics curricula in Kosovo and Israel.
- Development of open educational resources (OER) and a train-the-trainer framework.
- Use of a Delphi survey to prioritize key nursing informatics topics.
- A new digital self-assessment tool to support nurses in evaluating their informatics competencies.
The presentation emphasized that nurses are key drivers of national digital transformation, and equipping them with the right digital competencies is essential to modern healthcare systems.
